The following terms and conditions govern agreements arranged by Triunfo Transfers Lda. as an intermediary and provider for transfers between the departure and arrival locations specified in the written confirmation issued by TriunfoTransfers.com, the trading name of Triunfo Transfers Lda. References to "you" and "your" in these terms refer to all passengers listed in the written confirmation (including any substitutes or additional individuals added later). "We", "us," and "our" refer to Triunfo Transfers Lda. Triunfo Transfers Lda. is a limited company registered in Portugal, with its headquarters at Rua Peota Antonio Aleixo, Lote 9, Chão das donas, 8500-469. Portimão. Its registration number is RNAVT 10394 and Alvara 105738, and its tax identification number is 516772961. Reservations can be made online at www.triunfotransfers.com ("the Website"), via email, or by phone. For bookings involving two or more individuals, the person making the reservation (the "Lead Party") is deemed to act on behalf of all participants and agrees to these terms for themselves and the group. The Lead Party must be at least 18 years old. For online reservations, the Lead Party must follow the steps provided on the Website and confirm the booking by clicking the appropriate confirmation button. Full payment is required either during the booking process or upon arrival at the destination. Upon payment, we will issue a confirmation email containing details of the passengers and transfer services booked. This confirmation acts as a "voucher" and must be presented to our representative or driver for both outbound and return journeys. A binding contract is established between us and the Lead Party (and all passengers listed). Online payments are refundable if the Lead Party cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. SMS notifications for departure are an optional, paid service. No refunds will be given if your phone is off or if you input an incorrect number in our booking form. It is the Lead Party's responsibility to review booking details on the confirmation voucher before travel and inform us promptly of any discrepancies. We are not liable for service issues resulting from incorrect information provided during booking. According to EU Directive 2003/20/EC, children must use an appropriate safety seat until they reach 12 years of age or 135 cm in height. All children, regardless of age, are counted toward the vehicle's capacity and should be included in the booking. Child seats are provided free of charge, but we recommend specifying children's ages during booking so the appropriate seat can be prepared. We can usually accommodate foldable, manual wheelchairs, but passengers must inform us during booking to ensure the appropriate vehicle is arranged. Booking modifications can be made online free of charge up to 48 hours before the service. Changes within 48 hours must be communicated via email or phone and are subject to availability and additional charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are fully refundable. If you incorrectly select your destination during booking, we reserve the right to adjust the final price. This may result in either an increase or decrease in the amount payable. Bookings made less than 24 hours before the service must be paid online at the time of booking. Each passenger is entitled to bring one suitcase (maximum dimensions: 90cm x 50cm x 25cm) and one piece of hand luggage. Any oversized or additional items must be communicated during booking and may incur additional charges or be declined due to space limitations. Drivers and our team reserve the right to refuse transport to any passenger under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose behavior poses a threat to safety. Refunds will not be provided in these cases. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted in our vehicles. Smoking is prohibited. While our vehicles are fully insured for passenger claims as required by Portuguese law, we do not accept liability for lost or damaged luggage. If your arrival flight is diverted, contact us using the provided numbers. We will do our best to accommodate changes without additional charges. Departure times from accommodations to the airport are calculated based on your flight time. We strongly advise against modifying these times. Passengers should arrive at the airport at least two hours before their flight. Unforeseen events such as accidents, severe weather, or traffic delays beyond our control may impact services. We are not liable for disruptions caused by these events. If our driver misses your pickup and you cannot contact us, we will reimburse any taxi expenses incurred. We are not responsible for missed flights due to this circumstance. Extra stops during transfers (e.g., to collect keys) may incur additional charges. These charges must be settled directly with the driver. Feedback forms may be sent via email after services, and we reserve the right to publish comments on our website. We strongly advise securing travel insurance to cover events such as cancellations, baggage loss, and accidents during your trip. If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, we may not guarantee the service. In such cases, both arrival and departure services may be canceled unless you contact us, and a full refund will be issued. Loyalty points are awarded for completed airport transfers. After 10 points, you receive a 50% discount on the next service for up to 8 passengers. Points cannot be used unfairly or transferred. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and disputes will be resolved in Portuguese courts.
